For a London singer/songwriter's 2010 festival tour in the U.K.
The assignment was something quirky and yet simple, reflecting the character of the show, a middle-aged woman who oftens gets herself into trouble by forgetting her manners.
I decided on leaving it just in black and white, so it could be printed out as a colouring page, but mainly because next to the full colour posters, it will stand out. I asked Kath to send me various stickers she made herself to go onto the guitarcase of this obsessive woman.

CD hoesje ontwerp
voor een Nieuw-Zeelandse hedensdaagse muzikant. Kath wilde een verwijzing naar het schilderij "The Scream" door Munch, en dat is te zien in het figuur en in de lucht. Andere beelden komen uit haar teksten, zoals een waslijn (van herinneringen), een rivier (des levens), regen, water, geest and botten. Haar teksten worden gedomineerd door haar dubbelzinnige humor en scherpe commentaar op het leven. Dit poogde ik te bereiken. Ik heb er ook Maori symbolen bijgevoegd, zoals de zigzag-trappen (een symbool voor zelf-ontwikkeling).

Voor een catalogus gemaakt door studenten in interactief design van het Ghentse universiteit.
Ik was gevraagd een dubbele A4 ontwerp over mijn verscheidene kunstprojecten.
De tekst "God zij dank" verwijst naar de naam van de publicatie: 'Godverdamme'. De kleine teksten naast de afbeeldingen betreft informatie over de beelden.

It was made for the Dutch television programme website: huisje boomje beestje
as part of a game, where once all images are matched, the player can print this out, colour it in and cut it out to make their own story book.
