A herd of 29 elephants made out of newsprint from 17 countries form a trail out of the Rotorua Arts Village (RAVE).
The newsprint for these elephants hails from Italy, The Netherlands and Alice Springs, Australia.

that joined the herd in December 2011 when the herd was in Nelson.
Elephants made out of newsprint from Stockholm, Sweden and Manilla, The Philippines.
This Swedish elephant was retired from the herd in February 2013.
