Made for an exhibition in a Leiden cafe as part of the "Lakenfeesten" art route by 20 artists. The looped ribbon bears the text of a 2009 version Sen's poem, Asending Poem, also printed on a transparent sheet and placed on the far left of the window. |

The image on the left is the middle image in the work which consists of 8 photographs taken of Sen writing in the cafe. Notice that the edge of the chair is the same one in both the art work and in the photograph. The frieze of photographs are a play on reflections and inflections.
