All art is a guided meditation in that even the idea of an artwork is guidance for us to focus on our senses.
The guided meditation here is an invitation to feel with our ears and to listen with our eyes while nine elements gently move and interact in a surreal soundscape.

Credits: the soundscape made by Sonja incorporates recordings by speedenza, metzik, oceanictrancer, vonfleisch, headphaze and accliticy of freesounds.org. The dominant soundscape is "solfeggio-ambient-drone" by headphaze.
For the video installatie in 2014, we projected the video partly on the surrounding walls and a blank canvas so the black and white geometric shapes played against the subtleties in the projection.
The projection also included the tag by Cuban graffiti artist, Danilo Maldonado, known as El Sexto, who had done project in this space in 2013. In 2015 he was awarded the 2015 International Vaclav Havel Prize for Creative Dissidence (More about this is here).
He used the tag "El Sexto," meaning, the sixth, in solidarity with five Cuban imprisioned dissidents (More about this + his murals is here). In October 2015 Amnesty International declared him a prisoner of conscience. He was imprisioned on December 25th 2014 for painting the names "Raúl" and "Fidel" on the sides of two pigs for an art show, which were found by the agents of the political police (Seguridad del Estado) in Havana in the boot of the taxi he was in.
